I give credit to the local small business owner who put the bracket up. Must have changed his mind and went for option 2 - the Taj Maharl version.
He was a man of his word and stuck to his verbal quote - even though, I firmly believe, he well and truly under quoted.
He made the comment.."I won't be in a hurry to do one of them again".
I'll be using him again for any work I need doing - and I'm sure he won't under quote next time or the time after!
