Gain of 1.1 kgs ... had a shocker this week, but know why ... 3 nights on the grog, bad eating an interstate travel ... will hammer down again now though .. very disappointed ...

Loss of 1.3 kgs ... might have to have forum bbq's more often!!! lol

Been around the same weight for weeks now. Time to drop it down a gear and let the turbo exercise kick in.
My missus complained that my be-hind is now too small! go figure.
Working on the love handles now. lol

Sun 17th was 96.6kg - but was attributed to 4 days of long hours at w... and plenty of o/t with not eating properly and not drinking enough water. Back on track and happy with 97.5kg
