New user tagging

I just got this one and it's not quoted. It may be if you're tagged in the thread you cop it all which is not good like I said before.

No........ I have gotten the email notification in threads I'm not tagged in at all just quoted, I do believe its only when someone quotes me using tappa

I note also that the full list of tagged or mentioned members is appearing in the header below the buttons. A little odd? Not sure we need that? Certainly don't need it at the top

That was me Daz, I entered them all in there not knowing what it was for, just can't find a way of removing them. Not sure on the purpose of it
