I just got myself a 160 series shorty. It has the L28 with a 4 speed box. The engine has been half built for over a year and the head is pretty well stuffed, but the gearbox is fine.
I'd like to put a SD33T in it. I want to know how much work will be involved in changing it over and if it'll match up to the gear box in it. Also where I could get a good value reco engine. Cheers.
