Soak in CRC and walk away mate if you haven't already. Soaking is important, I see people so many times spray it and instantly try and have a go at the bolt. Let CRC to it's magic for a bit and then let it rip... Mine were tight as well as I done just that spray from above and below and concentrated on something else for 20 minutes, and when I came back they undone right off.
