Look at it this way. If you had people ringing you all day every day complaining about the crap they just sold you.
You would have to be an unhappy person.
I hope the animal cant sleep at night, thats how i feel about that company.
The only way to fix rip offs like this lot is to be sure all other users know what they are getting into.
The product is rubbish and i defy any one to prove me wrong.
I have the pics of everything that was wrong, they dont lie.
I also defy any one to put up one of their awnings in the wind on their own with out being hurt.
Its not possible. Worst still one of the support legs break off at the hinge point. Then what?
I have that proof also. Thats why they made ally hinges to replace the plastic.
Give this lot a wide berth.
