Who's is th MK in the first pic? and how has the lift set up been done.A couple more from another trip to Scenic Rim last weekend, all the tracks appeared open Scotty, so you can start thinking about organising our forum trip there soon ?

Thats Tony's truck, have been wheeling with him a few times, top bloke that will just about have a go at anything !
Not sure about his truck suspension details, but i have been impressed with the amount of flex he gets from a leaf sprung rig, ill try and find out what he has done and let you know.

Hi steve,
Mate I dont really know much about the springs and shocks as the suspension was in it when I bought the truck,
but from what I can see there is leafs removed from front spring pack that's about it.
I have removed the swaybar and fitted 2 inch body lift.
I don't even know if the springs are lifted springs or not.Always keen to help another mq/k owner but on this occasion sorry mate.

Tony lives up the coast Tim, but if we can get a forum meet/camp at Scenic Rim happening as planned, he said he will bring his patrol down for sure, so if you came along as well, im sure Tony would be happy to talk "leaf springs" with ya all night

He-he, come on now Tonk, i know you've got as good (if not better) camera than me, and your troll is going good now, so think of those ^ pics as "inspiration" to get out and take some of your own
We stayed over on North Stradbroke Island on the weekend, great little place at Amity Point, sunset was really quite lame, so i decided to use my grad filter/s and some flash on the rocks to help things out a little.
Same place after dark, while we were there, some Dolphins actually swam right up to these rocks.
