What on earth does he (edit-oops, she) need a manual for, the damper is held on by 2 nuts, how hard could it be!!!???
As said in earlier posts the new damper should come with new pins, nuts etc.

This may be a silly question:
The instructions say (which I should have got earlier!) "the locking nuts are tightened and secured" well how tight is tight???

Not too tight, you'll get them off easily with a spanner.

Fitted the damper. Is is suppose to have this gap?

Hi Snicko,
Did the old one come off easily?
I can't advise you on the gap, as my ute damper has the front shocky style mounts.
One of the members with a wagon will no doubt let you know if it's all good.
