Epirb bought and registered. It will be stowed in a waterproof Kayak container with the phone keys and survival gear. This container will be attached to the boat with a short lanyard and easy to detach carabiners so I can put it in the Patrol too.
My advice is: not to follow my advice.

Crazy stuff! A lady was kayaking on the Surrey river and saw a rope floating on the surface. She pulled up the bucket with my keys still in it!

She posted them on Face Ache and my wife's workmate contacted the lady and us. I can pick the keys up in town tomorrow!

So now there are only the anchor and trawling motor to find!
My advice is: not to follow my advice.

Gobsmacked yet again, by electronics that sat at the bottom of a river for just over two weeks. After a bit of cleaning and a spray with the proper electronics cleaner, and putting in new batteries I got one of the keys to work perfectly, buttons and all. The second will start the other car, but the remote transmitter is toast.
My advice is: not to follow my advice.

Making some change of life plans.

Looking for a small plot of land, an acre would do, within a 2 hour radius of Melbourne.

If anyone knows of or has something drop me a line via a DM here or email 10gallons at gmail.com

Check the Murrindindi council web site. I can vaguely remember there being some 1+ acre lots being released. Otherwise the realestate.com.au web site. Good luck.

That truly sounds absolutely amazing ABR Mate
Are you making coin in ‘IT’ or ‘IT’ (Interstate Transport) ?
