Thanks Craig, just feeling sorry for myself I think. At my age a year out of it is a bloody long time, think I need an outback trip 😂

Jack you’re a legend mate. Sit down and let it heal. You’ll get your 20th next year if you behave yourself now. Proud of ya mate, but not half as proud as your family I bet.
What is the charge? Eating a meal? A succulent Chinese meal??

I did a cyatic nerve in a butt cheek because my dog keeps pulling on his lead when we're walking. It's been over 2 weeks now and the drug I'm on isn't working, so I've just started acupuncture physio.
I'm getting little quality sleep, but thank goodness I start my hospital strength stuff tonight - the first night of my 2 week break. I'm looking forward to the experience. LOL.
I haven't started earlier because the drug may cause drowsiness, and I can't afford to crash and be mandatory blood tested!. lol.

NASA satellite Aura detected the eruption using its microwave limb sounder. It measures ozone, water vapor and other atmospheric gases, and can penetrate obstacles such as ash clouds.[57] The underwater explosion also sent 146 million tons of water from the South Pacific Ocean into the stratosphere.[58] The amount of water vapor ejected was 10 per cent of the stratosphere's typical stock.[59] It was enough to temporarily warm the surface of Earth. It is estimated that an excess of water vapour should remain for 5–10 years.[57]

Missus got zapped by a small snake while she was carrying some fish and chips. She thought she had just kicked a small, stick as it was on a main street in a town. Luckily she bled quite a bit, and not much venom got in.
When we got home the next day she went to hospital for an infection and swelling, the nurse asked if it was a snake bite. The doctor thought so too. But being as she was suffering any other symptoms anti biotics were prescribed.
all good, but damn, it could have been so much worse!!
