CRD injectors definitely have trim codes that should be entered into the ECU. Many people seem to do without and say their car runs fine, but the potential issue is cylinder-to-cylinder imbalance where some cylinders are working harder than others, and poorer idle quality. I don't know how much difference it makes in practice or how to code them, but personally I would make sure I got it done even if the difference is minor.
