Bought two x 100a/hr Itech lithium batteries for the truck to replace the 3 x 130a/hr AGM's. saved 100kg of weight. Bit of a waste in some regards as the AGM's are only 12 months old and fully functional, but the price of diesel at the moment, should have the cost recovers in a short period. I went for the 100a/hr units after contacting Itech. I want to have the capacity to use my 24v mig welder and the 100a/hr units can withstand 175amps of drawdown, which is ample for the welder. I liked that they could be configured as 4 x parallel and 4 x serial, so this works well for my coffee machine and the welder.

A little tip learnt the hard way again, don’t follow the final rebuild steps listed and pictured in the Haynes GQ manual:
Found it to be impossible I believe to safely push the piston through the dust boot as their final step describes without it getting caught against the bore seal and tearing
This trick below worked a treat and should be updated I hope by Mr Haynes:
1) Slide the dust boot onto the piston first and lock its outer seal into position on the outer piston groove:
2) Using the groove to hold the dust boot from sliding, stretch out the boot as long as possible and secure with fingers and thumb:
3) Carefully slide the stretched dust boot forward out of its outer groove and off the end of the piston whilst securing it stretched as much as possible ready for installation:
4) Commence installing the dust boot firstly and once it’s outer bore dust seal is seated carefully push the piston on through its bore fluid seal:
Additional helpful tools, this plastic Toledo trim kit remover was great for cleaning hard to reach seal grooves and also invaluable assisting in the final dust boot and piston installation above:

I remember rebuilding the calipers on mine when i did the TB48 brake swap and I had a hell of a time getting those boots in too.

What a nightmare this has developed into.

MB IDIOT Debacle fixed earlier today and appears braking better than ever known before with your old GQ EFI twin pot front calipers Philstar Mate
Thanks Rossco Legend too for assisting with pedal pumping the last of the hopeful bubbles out of its dead dry system
95% packed and ready, just need to shut its side gates:
Put some IDIOT Proof measures in place so this never happens AGAIN
