You're doing better than me mate - I have done bugger all in the way of exercise, and don't discount you may have added muscle bulk (which is heavier than fat), so even 0.3-0.5 kgs of that would have offset your weigh in ... And that's actually a good thing as you'll burn more calories naturally with muscle growth!!!

Righto - remember I did that detox thing last week? Well, on Saturday morning I weighed in at 113.7kgs!! From Monday to Saturday I lost just shy of another 6kgs and quite seriously felt terrible for it ... BUT ... then I had beers on the weekend, ate like a man possessed (fried rice, chocolate cake, the beers themselves, nuts, maltesers, etc, etc) as we had dhuck and his family here - from Saturday to Monday, I put 1.5kgs back on!! So hard to lose, so easy to gain ... and I'm kicking myself for doing it.

I'm back on the program rigid as of today again, but thought I'd share that piece of information to demonstrate how quickly the wrong lifestyle affects you (both ways).

Keep at it guys and girls - small weekly gains that are sustainable when you finish your program ... that is the key!!

That would be about right - they say you should take in 250ml for every 15 minutes of "strenuous" exercise ...

To those doing the challenge, well done, so far..
As biggus says, it's not always weightLOSS.. Do measurements, and you'll probaly find if there's no weight lose, there still could be cm loss.

Morning. I'm a bit addicted to the scales at the moment....i think its a trust issue hahahahaha. So jumped on again this mornin same time as yesterday and have "lost" 1.5kg since yesterday. Checked that they are working properly with a known weight and they seem to be. I musta been full of it the mornin before for this sudden change? Anyway the proof will be in the pudding next Monday I spose

Good gear - as said, it 'may' fluctuate over the week, but a top start none the less!!!
