This weight loss isn't happening as fast as i'd like lol. Really enjoying it though! Did 5.2km walk yest - keeping a fast pace (over 6km/hr)

104.2 kg , down 0.6kg from last week - I am going ok but I did splurge a little over the weekend and ruined a good week. The next 5 weekends before I go away I am gonna get more serious. No eating crap at 1am and drinking beers.
