Front slotted brake rotors - which ones?

I’m expecting the braided lines to give a slightly firmer pedal but mainly because the original rubber lines are now 20 years old.
At a guess, I’d say new rubber lines would probably feel better too but then I wouldn’t be able to say “I’ve got braided lines”
