Tassie is great mate. Plenty to see. I did it in year 8 on a bus then came back in 1999 on my Triumph and that was awesome. Then came here often for work in a 20 ton truck working around Tas.

Did it last January 2020 with guys from the forum in my GUIV. That was epic. This trip is a blokes swag trip to go do the extreme stuff we drive past as a family.

    3 cars.
Zach and I in the GQ
Rossco and Winnie in Rossco's GQ
MB and Matfew in MB's GQ Ute.

    Bring it!

The only good thing about an 80 series is..... the front end?? Wrong!!, the Engine?? Wrong!! the Full Time 4WD system?? Wrong!! Its the NissanPatrol.com.au stubby holder fitted over the transfer lever.

Mate, you gotta get over there, even if you don't see a dirt road.

Our plan is to retire over there.

Loved the place. We hired a camper and took a couple of weeks to roam around, but that was nearly thirty years ago. It is on the bucket list to take a few months and enjoy it a bit more. Have a great adventure, Darren and Co.
