Here goes nothing, fingers crossed on this wacky Pork Ribs adventure
Defrosted early this morning some of our Aldi lockdown freezer stash in apple juice & onion:
Transferred the juice & onions straight into the Harks water bath instead of wasting it.
Smeared some Sweet Mustard Pickles onto the ribs to help the Salt & Pepper sprinkling stick:
15mins hot smoking at 150C and I’ll shut her down to sub 100C for the rest of today
30mins prior to serving going to give them a lick of SPC Plum Sauce for some Aussie sticky goodness hopefully![]()
