I’ll start it off.
This was one of the amazing dishes that was served up to us on our far north NT fishing trip last October.
Queenfish, only caught by yours truly hours before, raw in lemon and lime juice. I seriously have never tasted fish so damn good. I never knew that you can “cook” fish just using lemon and lime juice, just the acids in the juice do the cooking. No heat used at all. Adjustments.jpg
