was quite easy mate, frame was made from 19mm RHS and Mesh was 50x50x2.5
    Top Bar was 1200x2050
    Bottom Bar was 1200x2200
x6 Spacer Plates were 100x200 with a 10mm fold included (Turn 2 sideways for the front, they fit perfect)
Any Metal Fabrication place will bend your corners for not much cost at all if you dont have the equipment.
If you dont have Mounts you can make some from 3mm Plates and use timber to sit under the Rack to get your height right.
Use a Mig Welder for a neater result unless you have access to a Tig.

    The rest is straight forward.

I made up the Brackets today for the Hi Lift Jack.
I have made them from 6mm & 3mm Flat Bar, 12mm Bolts & Nuts. The Longer one Holds the Foot & the other one Holds the Main Shaft further up the Jack.
I'll get some more pics up when I get them fitted.

Hi Hendo, bloody beautiful job on that mate. Is there any chance you could provide some more detailed pics of the rack please. I am sure that your instructions above are A+ but I am an idiot and need visual stimulation for ideas!! Being broke a nice cheap rack would be brilliant. thanks in advance,
    Yowie

Top job mate - spent some time today getting welding lessons from GUTsy Ute (Gav) and the main thing I learnt is that I couldn't make that rack!!!! lmfao

Very much appreciating the effort and skill these things take to make, so bloody good work!

Hey, I just got out the Drawing I started with which should help you out enough to get started, the measurement at the front should be 150mm not 100mm as stated otherwise All Good.
