Despite the weather doing it's best to mess me up, I have finished my build of my gift to my best mate, for his first which is due in September. All that's left now is some bog over screws that dont come out and over defects in the grain, and a full paint job. As you see it is the basic color scheme white over raw.

For the first time since Lacey was born I have an understanding boss that gets looking after sick kids is a mum and dad responsibility, not just mums. I have been able to look after her all day without work hassling me or making me feel guilty for not being at work. Feels great!
