Decided to abort mission. I have two weeks until Easter. I have no idea how long it will take to do the transfer case. I can’t afford to not have the Pootrol running for easter. I will never hear the end of it. So the reduction gears will stay boxed up until next time.

Thanks guys. I think I will just wait until after easter and Do it then. I have really not much of an idea in how long it will take me to do it. @rusty_nail, thanks mate, but theres not much an extra person can do really other than keep me company and to talk shit with, with is not a bad thing with you mate.
I've just welded up the busted exhaust mounting plates. I will put everything back together over the coming days with any luck.

Took it for a drive to IKEA to get my young lad a new bed.... still drives pretty good. Although steering is a bit light and vague.
