My story so far...... My weight challenge started seriously on 24th March, 2011.

I am on medication which could/would probably be attributed to my lifestyle and what goes down my gob.

Since I've started my lifestyle change, in only 6 weeks, I've halved one lot of tablets,
I'm starting to lose my belly and can just about see the tip of my......6pack. lol

My point being..... I strongly recommend if you are on any medication, see your doctor, if you haven't already
done so. Keep a really close eye on your health as you lose weight. If you have any doubt what so ever,
please, see your doctor, as soon as possible.

Apart from jumping out of my skin with joy, If I had not kept an eagle eye on my health, it could have gone the other way
as I'm getting fitter and becoming healthier,

In less than about 3 weeks, I've gone from taking a full tablet, to half strength to none!

I encourage you all to keep up with your endeavour - step by step, and to religiously monitor your health
and if you have any doubt what so ever, or notice any changes - see your doctor asap.

    Take care.

    Ross

Just so you know I'm doing it tough, today is day 10 without a beer!!! It's not right!!! For those that know me, that is gargantuan ... first time in 27 years I have gone more than a few days without a beer ... and I'm only 38 years old!! lmfao

But I'm sticking with it ... have had no spirits either, and three single glasses of wine over three different nights with dinner!!!

Keep up the good work everyone!!

    This had better work!!! LOL

Onya Scotty. Think of how much you've saved in 10 days. Put that money into your Tank's next mod. He'll appreciate it and thank you!!!!

I'm only allowed to have 2 standard drinks a day over a 7 day period, with 2 days no drinking at all.

That equates to 2 x mid strength or 1 x full strength. PPfffffff. I've decided not to drink at all. lol

Well done Adrian. Rome wasn't built in a day!

    Take care out there.

    Good onya.

It's natural to slip occasionally. I've done it heaps, but all you need to do is to think fitness and health and get back on that track.

Keep looking forward and don't look back. Keep up the good work everybody.
