FWIW... my CRD had way north of 200 on it when I sold it and was still pulling like a teen after his first night at the skimpies.
If the leak down is in spec, rail pressure is OK and the injectors are good then the performance will be as well.
Drive it like you stole it till it's clagged and worry about it then IMHO... and... when it is clagged I would do a swap not a rebuild
