The only good thing about an 80 series is..... the front end?? Wrong!!, the Engine?? Wrong!! the Full Time 4WD system?? Wrong!! Its the NissanPatrol.com.au stubby holder fitted over the transfer lever.

    How is everyone finding it?
I went for a good walk tonight - 3.8km in 36mins, which i was pretty happy with

The most difficult thing i find it what to have for dinner, especially after exercise.
Any ideas what is best to have (or best to avoid)?

If you read back a few pages, Bigrig has given us a wealth of info. That should be a start.

Going good. Have a bit of a head start coz I started about 6 weeks ago. Like a couple of others, shift work doesn't help.
You get thrown right out of routine with eating and sleeping habits, not to mention your social life.

The good thing is, that we're here to support each other in our time of need.

Keep up the great work with your walking.

    Take care out there.

Going well also - finding as expected that I'm getting hungry in between meals, so grabbed some of those Atkins snack bars - high protein, but bugger all carbs ... they seem to do the trick!
