Just tuppence ha'penny's worth on the bicycle routine.
It is illegal to ride a bicycle on a public road (I believe) Australia wide if it is not fitted with a bell.
Perhaps it's time for Mr Plod to intervene to be sure all road users are within the letter of the law.
