Much easier to try and burn off a bit of puppy fat with a working set of lungs. Although lugging around an O2 bottle whilst smoking we could work out our leg muscles pretty good ;-)

Having a go at giving up smoking well for now heavily reducing intake.

I've only had 6 smokes today whereas I would've had 20 by now.

I managed to get rid of all the buried rubbish from the previous owners. Thats what made me happy. 2/3rd's filled a 3m skip. Now off to the angry thread for the last bit...
