exTelstra equipment - can I use it, or just remove it?

Hi. I have just bought an exTelstra Patrol which still has some equipment on it. I am not a tech head so need advice on whether I can reuse it, re-purpose it or just remove and try to sell it.
I have an Antcom Iridium Antenna. I found this link https://www.g-comm.co.uk/antcom-irid...na-c2x18867624
    Also an @Road 3175-W Internet Location Manager–Wi-Fi https://www.road.com/solutions/feat_ilm3100w.html

I'm wondering can I use them and what I need to do to be able too. If they are no use to me are they useful to anyone else, so I can remove me - hopefully get some $$'s for them towards my wishlist of things to get.

    Thanks in advance.

I probably wasted a lot of money, but I just binned mine.

Mine didn't have an antenna like that but had numerous wires throughout that were no longer connected to anything. There are probably still some hidden away but I, like DX Grunt binned as much as I could just to reduce any future fault finding complexity. I did however sell the roof ladder racks plus the electric hot water hand cleaning units for quite reasonable price.I hung on to the conduit carrying tube & now use it in a shortened version to carry tent poles & fishing rods.
