Finally got the fuel consumption flow meters installed and working, however the double Dutch Romanian inverse instructions for setup are doing my head in. Trying to set it up for lph instead of ppm isn't playing the game and struggling to set the parameters so the flowratezeros each time the engine stops. More time on the phone tomorrow with the agent to try and resolve.
Also made a couple of stainless steel storage drawers for tools and recovery gear that go under the existing rear storage setup, will post pics when it's finished. This should take a heap of stuff from the back seat
Today was day 1 of converting the 3ltr to a 4.2 happy days

Be interested to know how much that affects the cooling @Hodge approx how much for the fan?

Will be interesting to see too mate. Most people who have it, have said it performs better. Can instantly tell it pushes air more and you can actually hear the whir of the fan, much more noticeable than the original. My motor doesn't overheat, nor do I tow or push it too much so, I don't know how it will perform at mostly idling temps, compared to say somebody whos got it fitted and does a lot of towing and the temps are on the higher scale.
It cost me around $120AUD shipped from UAE. Thats using https://partsouq.com/ which nissannewby put me onto. Ive bought a few parts from there and saved a ton compared to anywhere local and shipping is fairly fast too.

Yes I paid $450 with the bigger hub and fan from ufi made a lot of difference, you can actually hear it.

2003 gu3 td42tdi sold 😞 bloody gvm towing crap. Bt50 3500kg gvm.
Finished the majority of the rear setup today, just a door to make tomorrow.
Swapped out the HID headlights for LED Globes, running thru a Piranha headlight loom. Keen to see the difference, globes only, not the headlights - when they tone down the design to stop them being easily recognisable i will probably swap over to them.
