Only as of friday once the union actually pointed out that they have stood me down illegally without pay so technically terminated..
So they decided they betta change a few things.
Will be seerking back pay.
Unsure yet weather to be an ass and go for damages..
They owe me basically 5 weeks, not including my 6 weeks leave..

Be an ass and go for the back pay , in my case they made me take holidays , RDO and sick pay only to end up putting it all back to where it was .
