Having issues with uploading pics to add to posts from my computer. I go advanced, click on the paperclip, click on the choose file, find the file, click open, click upload. It gives me the wait icon, but when I preview the post, the pic isn't there. I haven't added a pic in ages, so have I forgotten something?

Hi @mudnut, I just followed the same procedure & it worked ok. Forum has generally been very slow for a while. Eg taking a couple of minutes for anything to load, but it is quite variable. OK at the moment though, so maybe thats why my pic uploaded without issue??? Maybe try again?

Ok. Worked out what is going on. The pic is over the maximum storage capacity of the import function, but the notice to inform me of that, didn't come up, after the loading cycle. It did, when I used the import images function. Maybe it was taking too long to display the over limit message before I tried the preview.

Having trouble with the New Posts function over the last few months. I used to be able to see a full sequential list of most recent active threads, but now if they’re inactive even for a short time they disappear off the list. A lot of times the New Posts function finds no recent posts so then I need to search manually through each section to try to find what I’m looking for. Is this a fault at my end somehow, or is there a forum wide issue with this? It makes the forum really hard to work with.

No, its a forum issue, raised it with the Grand Turnip last night and he is going to have a look at it this morning.

When you press what’s new and it shows nothing do you have the window which says, view last 24 hours of posts?

Yes and it asks for a dick pic and sounds that you make when delivering a really difficult poo, why is that? never happened before Covid.
