    well i thought i would check the scales just to make sure they work ok for monday`s start ,and ...........................
    they lie , battery might be flat , and no it was`nt me standing on the scales hahahahahahahahaha

    Talking to a g'friend today who's in training. And she says, LOTS green veg, NO fruit( too much sugar) and lots coffee.. ( expresso only) Lean meat only!! Chicken, fish ect.

    Copy Im in. I went to a commercial scale and almost died of shock. I cant believe the lst few years how fast you can put on weight. So yes I am 100% in. Obviously a helth benefit aswell.

    Alright Scotty I'm in, will shoot for 25 kilos but see how we go. Are we putting a time limit on this say 6/12 months.

    Top stuff Ryan and Kelvin!! Figure it makes it easier for everyone knowing you have a bunch of people supporting, and at the end of the day we give a little to a good cause. Gec suggested one, but I'd like to propose another (do both) - Canteen for kids with cancer ... funny timing, but had a lady show up yesterday raising funds for them - I have four kids, and seeing the photos of 4 year olds etc with no hair and undergoing chemotherapy etc is simply heart breaking ...

    We'll sort the details today and over the weekend and Monday is the official start (midnight Sunday night).

    Should we make it interesting and break the forum members who are involved into two competitive teams like the biggest loser? Losing team has to double their sponsorship? lol ...
