Lips and arseholes are only used in meat pies and cheap coles/woolies sausages.

OK, 1 roast venison , circa 4-5kg, and 3 venison slow cooked dishes, portioned for 12 servings each.

Pizzas for lunch one day, 12 pizzas of different varieties, maybe more depending on numbers.

MB, I will let you know the actual overall weights tomorrow. Thanks for the meat - greatly appreciated by all.

Eeeeewwww yeah Tony :-) Spent some time building coolrooms for abattoirs and dog food plants. Certain production lines at each created serious deja vu mate ;-)
