Where to find KEY CODE

Hey guys, so I have lost my key and the locksmith said If I can get him the key cod that should be located on the lock barrel he will be able to cut me a new key, have pulled both lock barrels out and no code on them. This is for my 2008 Nissan patrol GU two door ute.

go to a nissan dealer with your vin no and they can look it up for you
