Missus saw a yellow plane doing acrobatics from her sisters back yard.
plus a fly by of what she described as war time re-enactment, loved every minute

Was it that one you were thinking of TD or the B1-B Lancer which was on static display this year. These things aren't stealth in that they are still radar visible, but they can fly at 0.85-0.92 Mach at around 500ft (yikes!) to get in and out below the radar, then supersonic flight at higher altitude.
The drip trays in the pic below confirm this think leaks like an old Landie!! Check the oil everywhere and the portable fire extinguisher on stand by haha! Freaking awesome plane though. They flew displays a few years back and are absolute monsters of the sky!

I think it was the one Kallen showed me, designed to glow red at altitude from memory

The only good thing about an 80 series is..... the front end?? Wrong!!, the Engine?? Wrong!! the Full Time 4WD system?? Wrong!! Its the NissanPatrol.com.au stubby holder fitted over the transfer lever.

Yes I've been and unfortunately I did not logon to the forum since I left home mid February to see your message. Would have been good to catch up.
Went Saturday and Sunday as one day is not long enough to see everything if you watch most of the flying display. Brilliant show and so well run.
The F35 only did a few flybys on Saturday but the F22 was unbelievable on both days.
Will be back in 2 yrs for the next one.
At the end of the day, all you have is yourself and all you need is your friends (and in our case our Patrol)
