    I to gave up 16 years ago , i smoked from the ages 15 to 30, a pack a day sometimes into a second pack , i used smoke a lot as i was a sales rep and i would light up between my calls , i changed to rollies as they are harder to have when your driving and this helped cut back consumption ,i then sat a date july 1st 1996 as we were expecting our first kid , when the time came i through out all the lighters all the ashtrays and didn't allow anyone to smoke in the house , started jogging and getting fit ...that was the last time i had a smoke , many have been offered to me at the pub or just hanging around , "just say no "
