narva extreme conversion to HID
Hi Guys,
I have a set of the above in NON HID.
Im thinking about converting to HID and looking online I can buy a "dedicated" hid kit for about $150 with what seems like H1 globes.
Now if I buy a non "dedicated" HID kit, it can be had for about $30.
Now my question is, has anyone done this conversion, and were the globes in fact H1. If not, what were they.
Thanks in advance.

Haha. Just answered you on FB..
I'm pretty sure the kit has the ballast all built into the housing..
If you wanna save cash and diy the cheap ones probably have an external ballast which will need to be mounted close the each light..
So depends if you can afford a few hours fitting up..

Can I advise you against fitting them ,, I have 100 watt HID hi/low beam . would I fit them again NO
you see the reflectors are only made of plastic and any of the HID generate too much heat.
Get some Phillips vision plus or better as headlights are $300 each I think
04 ST 3lt auto, not enough Mods to keep me happy, but getting there
