I have one and it's awesome. Surprisingly very good quality canvas and build. Heaps better than my old swag which was twice the price!
I have never used one or slept in one etc.. so, I won't comment from personal experience. But I have camped with a workmate who has one and from what I've seen, I'd never buy one personally.
Once setup the poles were all buckled and the loops were skewered all over the place. One of the zips came sewn in the wrong way. Another zip began tearing away from canvas at first setup... He confronted super centre about it and they do not want to know him, but took it in anyway, weeks of back and forth conversations, they decided to replace it for him. New one arrived and he set it up and , believe it or not one WHOLE zip was completely missing , as in it was not even sewn in! Hes right now dealing with the cons affair to get the $ back.
Ok, one or two sour apples in a basket one may think. But...
I roam the 4wd action forums a bit... and posts always pop up complaining about their swags and the roof top tents with a few common issues. These posts quickly get removed never to be seen again...
I think Mudski has one and , I think he was happy with his though...
