Thanks for the suggestions folks.
Zippy tie trick is getting very old in our workplace as they are one of our main tools. (we run cables all day every day). He would be onto it in a heart beat.
We need something more elaborate and in-depth. Just had a good chat with some workmates, over a few beers and the smoke out of exhaust seems like the way to go.
So need something that'll spew out white-ish (or any kind) out of the exhaust as it warms up. So far diesel is the go, but pumping too much in, supposedly can ignite and go boom if it reaches the cat???
So far, (if this is what we run with) the idea is to squirt some into the exhaust, during the morning before hes up or something and when the car warm up later on it'll appear as if it's cooked sending him into a frenzy!! Payback is a bitch..... LOL.

Not if you zip tie a nut onto one of his wheels or the tail shaft so they run out of balance.
Do you have access to smoke bombs?

If you do go the oil in pipe do a few tests so you know you're not gunna cause a fire. Only a little bit of oil will make a lot of smoke.

My advice is: not to follow my advice.
Is there a throttle pedal stopper that van be wound out on those? Or could you tape something behind the throttle pedal so he feels like he's pushing it to the boards but there's no power or revs? Just something thick enough so that he has to go back a gear earlier than normal. Then carry a small bottle of coolant each and let a bit dribble on the ground every time he parks. That would be a good one.

Taz the coolant idea is a old but good one but youre evel .![]()
U have 4 choices in life :U can like it; lump it; love it or shove it, take your pick and stick to it !
The coolant idea is only to add to the "loss of power" and thus a suspect head issue.... Do it!
