Still very painful but the meds are helping, missed MN's call last night
as I wanted to pass out and try and get some sleep.
Now I have to go through all the BS again about getting permission for another
operation, I have a request in already so that will help. Cant put up with this much longer
but plenty of ppl in worse off positions than me, I can still walk and drive painfull as it is.
So minimum movement from now.

You'll still bend it, if you really really try, but there will be more important issues to deal with first.
