I'll buy some light cut and polish and give it a go but I reckon it may be past it. As I said, I have another bonnet that I'm getting painted for it so I do mind testing polishes on the existing bonnet

If its not too late coul they spray the front leading edge of the bonnet with a rubberized product
to protect it from stone chips, same colour of course, or some Mylar tape.

Nah the reason I'm fitting a new bonnet is because it's got a buldge welded in. All for looks haha! And I don't reckon a strip will look nice. The new paint will look good and last well with a bit of attention.

Well the good old fords have been putting bulges for looks on everything except the shaker.
If you thought the ba was gonna look good on the ea just wait until you see the Calais 😍
