my cousin has taken his Car to the Detroit Autorama Show
and has placed in the Great 8 for the Ridler Award

first time an Aussie has taken a Car to that Show
and
to be in the running for the Ridler Award (with people like Boyd Coddington, Chip Foose and the like who have won) is a massive achievement

well done to Chris & Colleen and the XBoss crew

Got the Patrol back with new lifters and adjusted tappets and she's purring along nicely now. Brand new engine (rebuild) and turbo, perfectly adjusted tappets, and a boost controller installed = a happy owner with a reliable ride for many kms

1999 GU RD28Ti; mechanical injector pump, 5kBt Webasto circulation heater, 33" Yokohama Geolander I/T, SaaS boost & EGT gauges, 2" Ironman suspension...more to come
