Ok, midnight & I’ve just finished what was supposed to be a simple re-plumbing job in the Tvan, fitting a water filter which believe it or has taken me around 6 bloody hours. One of those jobs that I just wasn’t prepared to let it beat me & I was staying out doing it until it was sorted. Geez I hate plumbing!

Anyway now to the comp. There has been a lot of close voting & I was concerned we might not have an outright winner, but in fact we have.

In First Place is TPC with 10 votes for his shot of an unusual plant which is is actually called a Cuninghams Birdflower.



A tied Second Place between SonOf & myself with 9 votes each. SonOf’s shot of Fungi on a moss bed, & my shot of Kapok.





Another tie in 3rd place, this one between 3 entrants with 8 votes each. FNQGU’ s Bee on a lily, OzJeff’s Bee on a blue flower & my Livingstonia palms in the Bungles







Well done TPC & thanks to November’s winner Winnies-Missus for choosing a topic which saw so many good entries.

TPC please let me know your choice of topic for the February comp when you can.
