At least you have the ladder now, we just got back last week from a week long trip, that ladder has transformed using the roof rack for me, makes using the roof rack a breeze.

More useful for old farts like me would be a fold down bottom step so I can get from the ground to the first rung easier. Mine is a GU, not as bad on the GQ as they have the step set into the bumper.
