Just wondered whether anyone would be able to lend me an engine hoist or a floor jack next week? Gotta do my engine mounts for my roadworthy to register my GQ and don't want to do it with a bottle jack!
Also trying to track down a 3rd row seat also if anyone knows a good wreckers or anything?
Only just moved to Brissie last week and don't know anyone round these parts so thought I'd ask on here just incase...

Cant you just do the RWC as a 5 seater if you cant find the rear seats.
All the ppl I know have thrown them down the tip lol

That's what I assumed John! I threw mine out in WA for that reason, but in QLD they have classes it as reducing the rated seating capacity... Absolute nonesence if you ask me. Would need to be mod played to keep it as 5 seats, and not sure I can mod plate it without being registered here...Originally Posted by threedogs

Even if you remove the rear seats to go touring as a 2 seater
in some states its illegal even though its only temporary, lol

I took them out of my 2004GU Ti and just put them into storage. Still got em!. Drop a line if still looking, if not, do nothing and all good
Unfortunately they wont fit a GQ, The GQ 3rd row is a little dickie bench seat. I still ahve my GUIV rears too in storage for 13 year now. lol. the GQ seat went to the tip maybe 15 years ago.
