Urgent Question about RD28T cylinder head

    Mates,

I'm shopping for a replacement head for my 1999 GR (GU) RD28Ti. I found a head from a Nissan Cedric/Gloria which also runs the RD28 diesel engine, except it's a non-turbo. From pictures they look to be identical. Original parts number is slightly different, but the same bas number. Anyone know if this will work for my Patrol. Check out the pics below and let me know.

Geeze they look identical don't they..
If it's non turbo I'd be putting on your valve springs as the Gloria may have a lesser rate and allow the valves to open under boost

Not sure, John. It will be delivered today and will compare it closely with the OE.
