What shits me the most is, she wasn't even rusty on the inside ??? Just this clay/dirt around it, but Mostly clean, painted metal once wiped clean. So wtf was holding it in so much.

Whatever it was mate. GOOD JOB! Never let a stupid tow bar beat you

Imagine all the beer he saved by flogging himself of the project instead of drinking. 😆

    But good work bloke.
    What took ya..

I'm keen to see how that mix works though. The break pots on mine are a little rusty on the exposed metal so going to treat then..

Ow and I got approved last week for dam near a whole month off next month..
Start on Monday the 9th and don't return until Wednesday the 3rd..
First up mod the van chassis..
Then I have to build a laundry shelf unit for the missus.. she's been bugging me for months and it's getting annoying..
Then the diffs.. was hoping to install but after the latest find I doubt that'll happen..
And throw some fishing and maybe a couple nights camping in there and my mums 50th on the final weekend..

I'm afraid I'm gunna loose my marbles..
Never had 4 weeks off in a row, since I left school 12 years ago...
    Cheers

Yeah its hard... Around the 3 week mark you will start going to sleep at 1am and waking up at 10am and then all of a sudden you have to wake up at 5am for work... Lol

Thanks mates. Quite pleased with how it turned out. It's the one from 4x4concepts. Since they didn't have a LH pillar pod, this was about my only option for a factory-type finish.

They don't have one listed on their site but you would have to call them to be sure.
