What could this dash light mean?

On the way to work after filling up with fuel I had this light come on. Not sure if the fuel could be related or just coincidence.
I don't have my owners manual or anything to read to fault code with. Does anyone know possible causes of this dash light?

I should add that it is a 2010 Ti, 4.8 petrol

it could be lots of things, that's the point of that light - its a warning that says you need to get it checked ASAP. You need to get the codes read to find out what it is and not drive it much further until you do. Worst case is go to supercheap - i think they charge like $50 to do a diagnostic. Then google the codes. Could well be fuel, so don't risk it.

Usually means a sensor. MAF or O2 sensor. Try disconnecting the battery (preferably overnight ) and see if that resets the light. Otherwise you may have to read the code either the stealership or phone a friend with scan gauge of some type. As you say you just filled up, it could be a partial blockage causing low fuel pressure. I think that has a sensor as well.
