    New to Forum from SEQ

    Gday All,

    Newbie to this forum.

Previously had a GU IV 2004 - became a grenade at 90k, but Nissan came to the part with a new Motor

Then went to the dark side for a few years
100 Series V8 LC - had it supercharged, and decked it out with everything i could

Then a 150 D4 Prado for a couple of years

Some how managed to get into a V8 Discovery - don't know WTF i was thinking there - great to drive, money pit to own.
Every outing was a lottery as to whether to coem on on a truck or under own steam ...

Finally come to my senses and just picked up a 2011 GUV II 3.0 with 70ks on the clock
Reasonably tidy - stock apart from Bull Bar

Just had the windows tinted, put some spotties on, UHF and Navman with Hema Maps in

Next on the cards is a new inter cooler, Thermofan, catch can and block the EGR
Did all that before on the GUIV and had the dawes installed but it didnt help - just went bang - No.4 melted

Hoping the CRD is going to last a little longer ....

most of these posts sound like they're coming from Australia - am I right? My name is Norma - I registered in order to download a service manual, but in order to do that, I have to post 25 posts to get it free. My partner recently purchased a '92 Nissan Safari, diesel, which is not common here in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada - particularly not the right-hand drive aspect of it. Hence, my partner is looking for a service manual for his mechanics.
