he's asleep now so bugger it mate.

Look the people are nice but the building layout is not working.

The bedrooms are down the main pathway from kitchen and entrance to the tv room, smokers outdoor area and staff room, bathrooms.

The noise is ridiculous and the walls are like rice paper.

There's some really bad ass kids here...lol

I really don't get the logic behind taking your kid who doesnt get to sleep well, to a place they dont know, to try and get them to sleep. How do they expect that to work.

My kids weren't too bad at getting to sleep at home, but go away anywhere to stay, say bye bye to sleepy time

This will probably give a few people the shits but I occasionally babysit my Granddaughters and they go to bed at 8.30 and sleep straight through to about 7.30 in the morning.

Yeah I'm sort of reading this sleep issue and it opens a whole new world to me. I've got plenty of kids (including twins) and we never had an issue. Now at the grandparent stage with 10 grand kids and they all sleep like logs. A couple of them lived in a caravan for over a year and then spent another three months touring in that and a roof top tent. No issues and when they stay at our place they go straight to sleep and we don't hear a peep out of them.
We never made any special effort to be quiet when the kids were young and the same is happening with the grand-kids.

I really feel for you guys with these sleep issues, looks like we really dodged a bullet.
    Cheers
    Jack
