Just made a stupidly low offer on EBay on 15 A grade railway sleepers 200x100x2.7m locally and they accepted!

And mias having a sleep over at her nieces!

Good stuff mate.... the price on them seems to change suddenly and for no reason but if you go through any of the garden supply places you pay through the nose for the f#@kers....

I made a coffee table from some red gum 200 x 50 and 100 x 100 red gum gate posts.
Laser cut some gothic looking brackets . looks ok to me
hard bit was chiselling out the 100 x 100 holes.
A guy up Alice makes outdoor furniture fron the old Ghan sleepers
and boy do they look awesome sanded back and clear coated 100yr plus as a sleeper and
maybe another 200yrs as a tree

$45 to $60 for A grade, it's ridiculous!

I managed to get all 15 for $300, $20 each.

they should be used for a walkway from church to pool and bungalow to house pavers.

And some for the church but that's a surprise coming later
